I must be doing something right!!!!

I'm going to gloat just a little bit.........a lady stopped at my stall on the weekend exclaiming, " I found them"...... she then rang her girlfriend and described the fabric the 'little poppettes' were wearing........when she finished her phone call she told me that her girlfriend had sent her to the market with a picture she'd sketched on a small piece of paper (right down to the detail of the hair) and asked her to buy two little poppettes.........!!!!

That's when you know that what you are doing is right .......... I love my "little poppettes"

and it seems so do others!!!! Thank you

here is a sneak peak at the new birthday poppette for October.....albeit it's now the 13th!!!!! but as they say....better late than never!!!!!!.......I will make every effort to have Novembers' out on time.....meanwhile this little beauty will be ready for sale in my madeit shop this week....oh and her name? wedding anniversary

here's a little story;

yesterday was our wedding anniversary...........

(awe......that's lovely)

..........AND I FORGOT !!!!! yep....me !!!!!

not only did I forget,

I didnt even give it a thought leading up to the special day :-(

...how bad did I feel when after seeing the roses on the bench.......it STILL didn't register......!!!

I asked my husband, "WHY DID YOU BUY ROSES ?"

he said, " You've forgotten havent you?"

(quick, brain, think, what have you forgotten)

"what have I forgotten?"

wow.....I think last time I had a cup of tea in hand....this time a glass of wine and a triple choc cookie are my friends...... little miss 4 will be sad she didnt get to help.....but she is in bed early.....hubby is out.....so its just me........and sadly I havent been quite as creative as my first attempt but am confident that the winner will make up for my lack of creativity..........!!!!!
